Roseate Tern
This is the last of the six tern species I photographed on Lady Elliot: Black and Brown Noddy, Bridled, Crested and Black-naped Terns. Plus we saw Sooty Terns in the distance.

I've only seen one, distant, Roseate Tern and that was a long time ago.

Lovely! And a great shot, as usual. But in what sense are they roseate? I don't see any rosy shades on this one ...?
