Rough-legged Hawk Juvi (Buteo lagopus)

A couple quick post and run today. Have to catch a train down to NYC for a couple of days. Will catch up on comments when I get back.
This is a juvi Rough Leg Hawk, I believe. But, if someone thinks it is something else please let me know as I am not positive.

I believe that you believe exactly right!
No dark trailing edge to tail, pale iris and pale fringes to upper wing coverts all say last years bird to me.
Never an easy bird to get close to - in Europe anyway.
