Ruby throated hummer

Still trying to get a decent hummer shot, so I was hiding behind a bush in hopes the hummers would come closer. But this one knew I was there, and hid in a tree. Luckily after a moment, she got curious and perched more out in the open about 30 feet away, allowing me to get this shot. Then next second, the little stinker flew down and hovered right in front of my face, not 2 feet away, for a closer look, while I desperately tried to unzoom my lens. Just as I got it to a point where I could get a snap, she flitted away. She's toying with me now. lol

As they do...A well captured Hummer Bill, I like the Green on green buddy.

They sure can be playful. Sounds like she had as much fun with you as you did with her. Great capture by the way!
