Taken on a recent trip to Exmouth,WA with friends from the Wheatbelt in WA.
We had to get up at dawn for this one! Fortunately ,one of the group has exceptional hearing and heard it before we saw it.
Anyone who has tried to photograph Emu-wrens knows the difficulty they pose in amongst the Spinifex! They only appear for a short time in the morning then they are gone!
I was lucky to get a few shots whilst they were in the open.
