Sardinian
Geez, these guys were shy! They dove deep into a pair of dense shrubs. I had to stand veeeery quietly partly hidden by a wall for several minutes before I barely got this one glimpse of one of the birds between the twigs ... then the little flock of them (3 in all) flew off for better cover across the park. Luckily, this one shot, plus me remembering that they flashed dark heads as they dove in, was good enough for an ID.
