I have never managed to get a good picture of a Long-tailed Tit!

A little flock of them landed in the tree right in front of the car, so this is through the windscreen, facing sort of southish, into the low sun.

At least it's obvious what it is!;)

Yes, you can sure tell it's a long tailed beauty. Given the fact that it was through a windshield I'd say you did well D.

Not often you really can tell from a silhouette what bird it is. Not often I've even seen an LTT (I think my grand total is twice). I'd be very happy with this shot, and with the moment it was captured from |=)|

Lol, no doubt about its ID! I kept having the same problem today. Every bird I found the sun was behind it and into my face. I tried not to get disgusted but finally I called it quits and had a pint! Excellent D!!!
