Savannah Sparrow Here Too (Passerculus sandwichensis)

Looks like their range includes NW FL. I have never seen them at my bird feeder. But half a mile from my house, they are in the brush next to the dock or perch on the dock rails. I have seen them pick off large ants on the dock.

Exquisite! My area is neither in their summer nor winter range. Am always hoping to see one passing through, though. Excellent capture, love the feather detail, tfs!
