Really interesting photo Nick - this bird has some of the features of a female Lesser Scaup (Aythya affinis) - the slight hint of a tuft at the back of the head, blue-grey bill with virtually no black on the bill tip, greyish back. Can I ask where you took the photo and when please, and that you post it on the ID forum. I have only seen Lesser scaup a few times, and in the USA, so I am going by field guides mainly. If it is a wild bird, not a hybrid, and it is Lesser Scaup then it should be reported.
A bit tricky the other two, but I would edge my bet on this being a Lesser Scaup, going by the bill mainly and if it is its a great find. Either way you have three great captures Nick, well done.
