Scops Owl2 (Otus scops)

This is Another photo of my previous pohot post of Scops Owl.
As I said I'm beginner in birding.
I have question is it European Scops Owl or Straited Scops Owl?
As I see the photos of Straited Scops Owl it's so similar to thems. but there is some thing strange the place that I have taken this photo is the northen of Iran and there is the place just for European Scops Owl and the Straited Scops Owl just live in South of Iran.
I'll be thankful of any one can help me to identify this kind of Scops Owl.
