Scottish Bash Oct 2008

Cold weather and biting wind didn't detract from a very enjoyable day's birding at the Montrose Basin and several surrounding sites.

Hi to you all!!! :hi: Great to meat a bunch of intrepid and adventurer birders able to face harsh weather with a smile! o:) Thank you, Neil, for sharing this and introduce you all to us!!! :bounce: :t:

And don't worry about being windswept, that's normal among birders, and a comb solves the problem! :-O

A nice group of tuffies, good to see you all, glad you had a good day regardless of our great british weather.

Nice to see the group of you and you all look a bit frigid.

Great to see you all looking so happy out birding together! :hi: Windswept is a great way to be, well done to all for braving the weather and reaping the rewards of doing so. Thanks for the photo Neil. :t:

a bunch of very fine specimens indeed, thanks for posting that image, its nice to see some thoughtful humans being observed for a change.

Great to see the ones that braved this weekends weather.

I thought it had been that bad that Ken had got a pnuematic drill with him at first glance.

Some bonny faces in a bonny landscape in a bonny country. :t:

Sorry for the crude attempt at being Scottish, just wanted to be in the spirit of the meet. ;)

Nice to see you all.
