Sea crows (and Shags?) (Phalacrocoracidae)

I think nr. 3 from the right is a Shag. He seems to have that perky forward-curled crest at his forehead. If so, this is my first shot of one, although probably not the first time I've seen one. Not a great shot, but I thought I'd share it in hopes someone can confirm (or disabuse me of) the presence of Shag(s).

I think you're right, Doc, though it would be nice to see a clearer (nearer?) picture of it.
