Secret Crown (Regulus calendula)

I spent a good 20 minutes, split between several kinglets, trying to get a photo of one with the red crown exposed. The best I got was this, and a photo of a bird-shaped blur with a red splotch in it. Kinglets are so cute, and I love how bold they are if you stand still, but they're frustrating to photograph. All that rapid, erratic motion among branches.
