    Very nice indeed Keith.

I saw a very dark one yesterday, but he had a rather pale tail to compensate LOL.

    Thanks lad.
Yours are the subspecies 'turista aquila' ;-)
  • Oriental Darter
LOL what a wonderful perch he's found Shantilal.

A wonderful picture in a great location - thanks my friend.
  • Black Necked Stilt
Oooh thanks so much for showing us this gorgeous stilt Mitch. Black and white is my favourite colour scheme for birds, and the stilts are my favourite in this group. They are so elegant, aren't they.

You're really building a wonderful Gallery now - well done.

Cor!!! Lovely one Ben.... a cracking close-up that.

I saw a couple on Sunday, but so mobile I couldn't keep up with them, so more time has passed without a picture for me.

Thanks for showing him to us my friend.

A super view of his underparts.... very nicely timed that Mali.

    Thanks my friend.
  • Moorhen.
That's a wonderful close-up view you got of this guy Donald.

Thanks so much for showing us this splendid picture my friend.
  • Kestrel (M)
How handsome he is Chris - that's a fabulous picture you've taken of this Kestrel.

You know, I've gone a number of years without seeing one round here, then suddenly this year had lots of sightings. Strange.

Thanks for showing him to us laddie.

A terrific picture my friend - thanks so much for showing it to us.
  • When something catches your eye ....
I was there on Sunday Scoz.... did see the harrier flying briefly. Sadly the walk to the Swamp Hide is a bit too far for me these days.

That's a cracking picture lad - very well done.
  • Where's my Mum?
    Aaaaw!!! He's gorgeous Keith.

No ducklings yet, though I think there's maybe up to 4 sitting on eggs on my Patch. Which I think may be a record.
