Return of the Sharp-shinned Hawk (Accipiter striatus)

Once again, a Sharp-shinned Hawk has come to try to nab a bird at my feeders. I wonder what the chances are that this is the same bird I photographed last March? (See photo "Sharp-shinned Hawk" in my gallery). I like the position of the hawk's head better in this one.
