Pink-throated Twinspot
I went back to my archives to find this one when I realised that Opus and DB still needed this bird. I will have to go back to Mkhuze soon - I must get a better shot!
Habitat
Sand forest
Location
Mkhuze Game Reserve, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
Date taken
29 November 2004
Scientific name
Hypargos margaritatus
Equipment used
Fujifilm FinePix 2800Z
I know the feeling! The only twinspot I have managed to photograph was a very blurry green twinspot at Rocktail Bay. Mkhuze is a good spot for the pinks. I'm going down to Phinda tomorrow (Wednesday 7th), so I'll keep my eyes open.

Well done.
Dave
