And finally down (Cygnus cygnus)

The birds that arrived are all non breeding adults. The bulk of the birds including the youngsters dont start arriving usually until the 2nd and 3rd week of this month. When these birds landed they were unusually quiet for Whoopers though they were probably too tired as they all went to sleep very shortly afterwards.
