Rusty Tern

Whilst the birds are sat on eggs the terns keep their distance but once there are chicks they generally come much closer. Was practising my flight shots today but was so not happy with the results. I am very rusty so will have to get some practise in if I am to do them justice this summer. Quite liked this shot against the blue of the sky this afternoon.

This looks as rusty as a brand new coin. An exceptional flight capture Annette. Must have just missed you I did a couple of hours until 1pm. Nothing of this quality though.
