Pearl-spotted Owlet (Glaucidium perlatum)

I caught sight of this little owl while it was sitting in a tree next to the road. It was a little further away when we finally had gotten ourselves back to it, and the light was hopeless, but here is my best try at it. Only time we saw it in daylight.
