White Patches
Another Egyptian Goose at Oulton Broad park. I don't often see the white wing patches as clearly as this when the birds are on the ground, although they are really obvious when they are in flight. White patches of snow on the ground too. These captions are not just slung together, you know! Ron

Great detail and colours, Ron; well done catching it showing the white patch too. I caught one showing it last year, but like you said, you don't get to see it often when the wings are closed. And yes, I noticed the connection with the patches of snow|=)|

You could get a job making your titles Ron, or is that your real job? LOL...Super detailed close-up of this large Goose, I guess we will be seeing plenty of them sh***ing all over the place, from the boat on the Broads.
 
Egyptians are not used to snow and the expression on this one clearly indicates that you defrosted your fridge on that lawn,Ron!! Great work mate. :t:
