Would you share your last berry? (Bombycilla garrulus)

It's been a hard winter in the UK, with few berries on the trees. These waxwings were stripping one of the few remaining bushes. I was lucky enough to be able to take this image from the same height as the birds
Habitat
Rural garden
Location
Staffordshire, UK
Date taken
16th February 2013
Scientific name
Bombycilla garrulus
Equipment used
Canon 550D + 100-400IS
The angle and subject provides a refreshing view of the Waxwings in a beautiful setting and I love the apparent forlorn look of the bird without the berry.

I, similarly, have not seen any Waxwings this winter as the majority of the reduced crop of berries had been taken by pigeeons and eary Redwings and Fieldfares.

Thanks for sharing.
