Juvenile Moorhen - A Friendly Chap
Saw this juvenile Moorhen calmly walking along the canal path (Leeds Liverpool Canal, Litherland) without a care in the world so I got off my bike and as soon as I did he came running over to me with no fear at all.

I had nothing to feed him so took a few photos, which he was more than happy to pose for!

I was sad saying goodbye to him :-(
