i just hope one day i get a visit for one with the real golden color, instead of these painted ones that usually sold as exotic birds.

so nice this one got its freedom, but i don't think they can survive the heat of Jeddah.

When they go into molt, will their original colors come back?

A beautiful bird nonetheless but sorry to hear that it's painted but like you, I'm glad it's on the loose ;)

Do you mean this bird has had paint put on it? Gosh.

a pity it's not really this color dulce but a super capture, many thanks...

Sure makes a gorgeous image. I can't understand people that only think of money and what they can do to a bird to get it. I do hope this little one survives.

I must say at first glance I love the pretty pink, until I read that it is painted. Sad indeed if is so, Doux.

Nevertheless an awesome composition.
