Aztec Ant Nest (Azteca andreae: Formicidae) The nest is ca. 2 m (6.6 ft) long. A predatory arboreal ant species.
Habitat
Tropical lowland rainforest (mixed evergreen and deciduous forest) at 234 m (768 ft) elevation.
Location
Canopy Tower, Canal Zone, Soberania National Park, Semaphore Hill, Panam Province, Panam.
