Black-crested titmouse (Baeolophus atricristatus)

Black-crested titmouse enjoying a nice juicy caterpillar for breakfast. With the copious amounts of rain we've had recently, the bird blinds haven't been used much by the local denizens, but the trees are full of circle of life stuff if you are lucky enough to find it.

Not a Titmouse we see much of in the Gallery and such a beautiful image showing its black crest Ken. I'd love to see one.

Yeah.... the only pictures that have come in this year have been yours Ken, we'd not seen any since 2016!

What a lovely bird this one is, and a super picture that too. Very well done lad - a great find for you.
