Phytoecia affinis (2) (Phytoecia affinis)

...cautiously I began to slowly "creep" towards the longhorn taking pictures with every step (half of them being out of focus thanks to my camera).
At this point I thought I wouldn't get any closer without it flying away but having my "perfect shot" I risked taking another picture even closer to the beetle and from a different angle...

A fabulous long-horned beetle. I love the antennae at right angles to its body. Excellent macro of this fabulous beetle. TFS Max!
