Still geographically confused (Turdus merula)

And European Blackbirds???? And both House and Tree Sparrows???? The first birds I saw were all introduced species brought there by homesick settlers, now thriving since the settlers also reshaped much of the landscape from native scrub to lawns, heavily grazed meadows, monoculture grain fields, and British parks and gardens.
Habitat
park
Location
Botanic Garden, Auckland, New Zealand
Date taken
03 Sep 2018
Scientific name
Turdus merula
Equipment used
Panasonic GX8, 100-300
I remember on my first trip to Australia, one of the first birds I saw was a blackbird, but I'm sure more real New Zealand birds must have followed. Great photo though, many tfs!!!
