Distinct Pose of a Kestrel

You're not going to believe this, but I swear, it's true. This kestrel saw me marching around with my first serious lens, a EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM. It came over to me and said "Hey, I bet you'd like to get a shot of me with that new lens of yours, wouldn't you?! No worries, mate, I'll pose for you." And there he did, posed stationary in the wind a short distance from me for a good 5 minutes. What an amazing, friendly bird. I have never seen anything like it before but I swear it's true.
