SF story 2: Mind if I join you? (Egretta tricolor, Egretta garzetta)

Always room for one more, or so thinks this Tricolored Heron (another lifer from the trip) who decides to pay the Snowy a visit in his castle. They are cousins, after all, and cousins should be welcome visitors, right?
