Wish I could see the front of it. A beautiful image of this Warbler and I'm leaning towards a Yellow-rumped Warbler.
 
My shout would be Northern Parula...Interesting to find out. Maybe put it in the ID section and see what the experts come up with?

Thanks for commenting everyone. I'll go with the id Dave suggests and after looking at the link Delia provided it does appear as a juvenile redstart. I was was like KC and was thinking it was a yellow-rumped .
