Who are these little guys?

We just got back from vacation and we are having a bit of a problem identifying these two....we know they are sandpipers but just not sure what ones. Grateful if you can help us out.

North America is an awful big area LOL

I've edited your picture details to add the location which will be easier for viewers to see.

If nobody comes in soon to help you, it would probably be a good idea to link your picture to a thread in the [COLOR="Blue"]ID forum[/COLOR]. It's a great picture so the ID should be straightforward enough (but not for me LOL)
 
Melody,we will stick our necks out and call these Western Sandpipers-Calidris mauri and that is a long way for us from Australia,but look forward to our friends from the new world to confirm the ID or shoot us down.We'll accept either result.
