SF 1 - Squabble
I'm skipping just a bit further down this day's shots for a Saturday Fun series. These are about a little Pied Heron squabble we were spectators to on the outer side (the marsh side, as opposed to the lake side) of Fogg Dam. Intermediate Egrets were also among the spectators. Both birds were lifers for me that trip, btw. We may have seen an Intermediate Egret the day before, but weren't absolutely certain. The Pied Herons were definitely lifers the day at Fogg Dam.

Lol, so I guess they were not jumping for joy nor playing jumping jacks. Excellent action and behavioral picture of this marvelous species of heron. TFS Doc!
