Caught some flotsam
I stopped for coffee and lunch and a leg stretch in Oamaru - steampunk capitol of ... the world, or just of New Zealand? Not sure. Lunch and coffee were excellent, as was the walk in stormy weather along the foreshore. The storm was whipping up waves full of sand and flotsam along the sea wall, and the gulls were diving for ... presumably, anything that looked potentially edible. This Southern Blackback has picked up something out of the waves ...
