I'm with Mick on this one - a Whinchat: http://www.birdforum.net/opus/Whinchat with that pale supercillium it's probably a female.

Regarding this bird being Whinchat according to Mick & Delia; I googled it & found that as per Wikipedia; it is not found in these parts of Asia, the closest it appears is in Western Asia.
