On our drive through Smola after the excitement of breakfast, Ann drove me up to the windfarm.

You can't drive in without a token to open the gates, but you can walk in.

This is the sign at the entrance. The middle one shows how many turbines make up the site.

It's also a protected area for nature and wildlife.

We walked for a while along the track, but it was getting hotter and hotter, so decided to make our way back after a stop for a drink.
