Another long day of travel. Just got home. It's midnight. I'll post my Saturday fun shots and go to bed. Tomorrow I'll treat myself to a long session of looking at what the rest of you have posted.
Today's Silly Saturday Series is three poses from a Guira Cuckoo. I love how intense he looks in the first one, then somehow manages to look even more intense in the second, and then intensely disgusted or worn out in the third. With all that intensity, you'd think I'd remember what this guy sounded like, but no. I had to look that up on the Internet. With that "hairdo" and that wide-open beak and those wide-open eyes and stretching up like that, you'd think he'd sound like some one-bird punk rock band. But if he's a punk-rocker, he's rocked himself hoarse. All he did was squeek:
