Singing Starling (Aplonis cantoroides)

Note relatively short square tail and heavy bill. This is an adult. Immatures are streaked below. Common in towns and urban habitats, less common in forested areas where replaced by similar longer-tailed and slimmer-billed Metallic Starling (Aplonis metallica).
