Its great to see and hear these birds back on the hills,this shot though was taken last year.
I came across it whilst looking through some old files.It was taken with my old Sigma 500mm 7.2 prime which will autofocus but cant be stopped down hence the very narrow DOF.I think it works OK though as a cropped portrait.
