Snow Creeper (Certhia familiaris)

It seems like this winter will last forever! Its amazing how this little bird can find something to eat under these conditions, but its still hanging on to the treetrunks.

Thanks for the nice comments.Lol @ the igloo Adrian,its really not that bad. :) Hey Psilo,you can have some snow if I can have some of your birds. Not many around here at the moment. Skipton,I think that the treecreeper is the perfect bird to capture with the 300 with its 1,5m focusing distance. Its easy to get close to the treecreepers.
 
great sh,ot like the way you caught him against the snow he has all the right gear for his job I must look more closely at the Pines in Rogerstown well done but Keep the snow ;)
 
What a lovely little bird, beautifully taken, the snow really does help make the picture - everything is a trade off!
