He is the cutest little sparrow. I have no sense of snow being on a regular basis. I remember being a skinny kid at 19 serving at Loring AFB, Maine. It was so so cold.
 
Wow, you got even more than us! We got four and a half inches near Austin. Most snow I've ever seen in my life.

Great shot of a cute bird. Poor little guy was probably pretty confused.
