Thank you for the positive comments. This is my first photo post on BF. Maybe I'll post more, especially since California Governor Gavin Newsom just announce that anyone 65 or over has to remain home in "isolation" to try to combat Covid-19. I'm 65 and I project I'll have more time on my hands than usual. ;-)

beautiful owl and a great capture Bruce and welcome; they are setting the 'isolation' bar at 70 here (no help to me , sadly)

max1 - Who'd have thought that we'd ever see something like this? My solace in my 2-day-old self imposed isolation was that I could still, safely go birding. Now that the state is involved, that's no longer an option. :-(
