Song Thrush
So another good bird for my garden turned up in February. I'd seen them in the tree, and bathing in the neighbour's garden (remember that pic?).

Then a few month's later he was back on the shed roof. Not seen him since, though I have heard some singing in the neighbourhood. Perhaps their numbers are recovering.

I've not seen him since.

Now a little about the picture... you know my window feeder has a square cut out for viewing? Well I managed to get him perfectly positioned in that gap. I nearly cropped the picture to show the perspex frame sides, but changed my mind.

Yeah, I have to keep adjusting my feeder positions so that I can get a chance at a shot. Well done here on getting a superb close up image, Delia!! tfs.

Well posing for you in front of your window. A lovely picture. Normally not a common bird to me as well. This year is a also different.
Good news is that summer is coming ... one more killed mosquito a minute ago.
