Song Thrush
I seemed to be in the middle of another period of more unusual visitors coming in.

This lovely Song Thrush arrived early March and stayed a few days, so I was full of hope that they might breed in the area.

Their numbers seem to be recovering, judging by the increased numbers of pictures I'm seeing in the Gallery and have heard more of them than ever before this last year. Fingers crossed folks.

A lovely shot, Delia |=)|
And I wonder if the same may be true for Linnets ... or is it just that I've been to new places this week where they've been keeping their numbers up all along?

Super close up Delia :t: It's a corker! Nice to hear numbers going up in this day and age.
