Southern Marsh Orchid - Dactylorhiza praetermissa (Dactylorhiza praetermissa)

Still slow here, but our local praetermissa are in flower. Not my favourite orchid, rather too stout and robust for me, indeed the very robust plants at our local site suggest hybrid vigour, thoughI have yet to find any other species of orchid on site. It has been suggested that these plants might have a bit of D incarnata in their genetic makeup: who knows!
