Sparrow Hawk YES!!

Been doing a load of printing for my daughter this weekend so no Forum!! got cabin fever today so come rain or shine decided to go to the wood. Mostly dull but no rain. Had a nice variety of birds visiting missed some of my rarer visiter like the Creeper and Willow Warbler but nice to see them show up. Was busy trying to capture three LTTs together when one glanced up and in a panic the three boulted. Glance to my left and this all time favourite bird of mine glided in and landed on the log the LTTs vacated. No time to pull back or change to portrait mode managed this one shot and it was gone. 1/60th f7.1 800 asa and am I a happy bunny!!! Friend of mine thinks it may be a Juve male???

To get a visit from the sprawk is a special moment, for you to see it is extra special, to get a picture is fantastic, to get a picture like this - STUNNING !!

Btw....like Mike I am pleased for you....can you tell ? :-O :-O

And a happy bunny you should be. I'd be jumping for joy with a shot like this Ken. It looks so darn majestic. :t: :t:

I'm so impressed that I've had to invent a new word for what I see before me.....

Excellent shot there Ken, awesome in fact. Mike mentioned to me that you'd grabbed this shot so thought I'd take a peek.
