I would put it in the ID forum if I were you. It seems like a Chipping Sparrow to me with that dark lore. Obviously, breeding season is a bit easier. Fabulous close-up profile taken in a lovely setting with excellent lighting. TFS Bob!
 
I'm going for the clay-colored sparrow because of the pink bill. Hope someone in the know can help. A great shot by the way!
