Thank you for the lovely comments on the red kite. Although we see them every day, I still find it exciting, especially when they swoop very low over the garden. Naturally they only do that when my camera is inside.
A delightful shot of a thoroughly contented looking House Sparrow Kits. Here, I've seen them just once in the last seven years: their place as commonest small passerine having been taken by Goldfinches. It's all down to suitable nest sites of course.
