Sparrowhawk 1 (Accipiter nisus)

Sitting at home yesterday evening when my wife shouted to me that two birds were fighting in our back garden, I grabbed my camera and ran out and managed to get the attached shots (1 of 3).

Due to the fading light and my excitement the focus is not very good ( That is my excuse and I am sticking to it )
