It's Sparrowhawk or Jay pics until I can get out; here's another of Fred warning a Squirrel. As a reminder; the Starling was extremely lucky to be killed instantly. Happens often with small birds, but the first Starling I've seen killed instantly

Through the double glazing, and some glare on the glass that I couldn't avoid
