Spiny-cheeked Honeyeater (Acanthagenys rufogularis)

I photographed this Honeyeater while wandering a remote country road a few days ago. The birds are common through arid parts of Australia. I had only managed a few distant shots of this bird and thought that would be the only shots I would get. Luckily for me he decided to fly a little closer and I made a few shots before he dissappeared into the scrub.
Habitat
Arid scrub land
Location
Cameby, Queensland, Australia
