Spot-billed Pelican

Spot-billed Pelican (Pelecanus Philippensis)

First upload from my Bangalore trip during which I visited the Ranganthittu Reserve near Mysore, besides a few local birding spots. Had never seen a pelican in person before. Came across hundreds of them in Bangalore & the reserve. Shot on a very cloudy morning, under not the best of lighting conditions. This is obviously a first for me.

Congrats on your lifer, SK; I'd guess you did well to find one isolated from the group too
